All structural components of your pod — frame, roof, walls, and floor — are covered for 12 months from the date of installation.
Our installation workmanship is covered for 12 months. If anything isn't right with how the pod was installed, we'll fix it at no cost.
All materials used in your pod are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. We use quality Australian-sourced materials throughout.
You'll always have Cedric's direct number. No call centres, no waiting — just a quick call or message to the person who built your pod.
We aim to respond to all warranty and support enquiries within 24 hours. Most issues are resolved within a week.
If something needs fixing, we'll come to you. We don't ask you to dismantle anything — we come out and sort it on-site.

We'll review your claim and confirm whether it falls under warranty within 24–48 hours.
