Structural Warranty

All structural components of your pod — frame, roof, walls, and floor — are covered for 12 months from the date of installation.

Workmanship Warranty

Our installation workmanship is covered for 12 months. If anything isn't right with how the pod was installed, we'll fix it at no cost.

Manufacturer's Terms

Materials Warranty

All materials used in your pod are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. We use quality Australian-sourced materials throughout.

What's Covered

  • Structural defects in the frame or panels
  • Roof leaks or water ingress
  • Door and window operation issues
  • Flooring defects or delamination
  • Installation workmanship defects
  • Any damage caused during installation

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from extreme weather events (cyclones, floods)
  • Electrical faults not installed by us
  • Cosmetic damage after handover
  • Damage caused by third-party contractors

We aim to respond to all warranty and support enquiries within 24 hours. Most issues are resolved within a week.

On-Site Repairs

If something needs fixing, we'll come to you. We don't ask you to dismantle anything — we come out and sort it on-site.
