Where do you service?

We're based in Brisbane and service all of South East Queensland — including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply beyond 40km from Brisbane.

How long does the process take?

From deposit to installation, most standard pods take 4–6 weeks. Premium and custom pods may take 6–8 weeks depending on size and complexity.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Our team handles everything — from manufacturing through to installation. You deal with the same people throughout the entire process.

How much does a pod cost?

What's included in the price?

All our pods include delivery (within 40km), installation, hybrid flooring, full insulation, a sliding door, and a window. There are no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.

What deposit do you require?

We require a 50% deposit to commence manufacturing. The remaining 50% is due upon installation.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don't currently offer in-house payment plans. However, many clients finance their pod through a personal loan or home equity. Contact us if you'd like to discuss options.

Do I need council approval for a pod?

In most cases, pods under 10m² do not require council approval in QLD. However, rules vary by council area, setback requirements, and whether you're in a flood zone. We recommend checking with your local council, and we're happy to guide you through this.

Pods over 10m² typically require a building permit in QLD. We can assist you with the documentation required for your permit application.

Are there setback requirements?

Yes — most councils require a minimum setback from fences and boundaries. The standard is 600mm from a side or rear boundary, but this varies. We'll check the requirements for your specific area as part of the quoting process.

What do I need to prepare before installation?

We'll need clear access to your backyard — typically a minimum 2.5m wide access path. The ground should be reasonably level. We'll discuss site requirements in detail during the quoting process.

Most standard pods are fully installed in a single day. Larger or more complex builds may take 1–2 days.

Do you use a crane?

No — we don't use cranes. Our pods are delivered and positioned using our own equipment and team. This is why clear access is important.

What if my backyard isn't level?

We can work with most sites. If significant levelling or earthworks are required, we'll discuss this with you upfront and factor it into the quote.

Can I add electrical to my pod?

Yes — we offer Basic, Standard, and Premium electrical packages. These include power circuits, GPOs, lighting, and in the Premium package, an air conditioning circuit.
